Who may attend the Deploy SMR Workshop?

Attendance at the Deploy SMR Workshop is subject to approval. If you wish to attend, please complete the attendee registration form linked here. Do I need to register in advance to attend the workshop?

Yes, all invited participants are required to complete advance registration in order to attend the Deploy SMR Workshop. Please click the "Register" button at the top right corner of this page to register.

What is the venue for the Deploy SMR Workshop?

The Deploy SMR Workshop will take place at the Grand River Hotel in Bratislava, Slovakia.

What is the deadline to book a hotel room at the group rate?

The deadline to reserve a room at the special group rate of EUR 165 per night is March 8, 2026, subject to availability. Rooms may sell out before this date, so early booking is strongly recommended. Please use this link to book your accommodations.

What is the hotel parking policy and cost?

Hotel parking is available for guests at the following rates:

  • EUR 42.00 per car per 24 hours, or
  • EUR 3.50 per hour

Parking availability is subject to hotel capacity.

What is the dress code for the workshop?

The dress code for the Deploy SMR Workshop is business attire.

Is Wi-Fi available in the meeting space?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting space for all registered attendees.

What type of networking opportunities can I expect during the workshop?

Attendees will have multiple opportunities to network throughout the workshop, including during scheduled networking breaks and hosted lunches.

Will food and beverages be provided during the workshop?

Complimentary food and beverages will be provided to all attendees during designated breaks and meal periods. Attendees are responsible for all other costs related to the event, including but not limited to travel and accommodation arrangements.

How do I receive access to the workshop presentations?

Participants will be asked to complete a post-workshop survey providing feedback on various aspects of the event. Upon completion of the survey, electronic copies of the presentations will be shared, subject to speaker approval and availability.

Will there be opportunities for one-on-one meetings?

Yes, the workshop will include scheduled one on one meetings. Participants will receive additional communications with instructions for sign up, as well as details regarding assigned meeting times and participating organizations.
